- The copy of the conclusion on a technical research regarding reference of goods to the means of cryptographic information security and special technical means intended for the conducting investigation and search operations given by bodies of national security (necessarily , job specifications )
- A copy of the foreign trade agreement (contract), applications, and (or) additions to it (for a single license), and in the absence of trade agreement (contract) - a copy of a document confirming the intent of the Parties (optional )
- A copy of the license for a licensed activity (optional , job specifications )
- A copy of the certificate of the applicant's registration with the tax authorities certified by the seal and signature of the applicant (necessarily , job specifications )
- The conclusion (the allowing document) for import of the separate goods included in the Uniform inventory to which the bans or restrictions for import or export by member states of the Customs union within the Eurasian Economic Community in trade with the third countries are applied (the data, in the presence) (optional , job specifications )
- A copy of the certificate (license) on the state registration of medicinal products (medicines) used in the data imported REV and (or) HFD - name, type, model, specifications (necessarily , job specifications )
