Issuance of conclusions on the importation into the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan of radio-electronic means and high-frequency devices for civilian use, including those built-in or included in other goods, in cases other than imports, and (or) issuance of the license to import them

- A copy of the certificate of the applicant's registration with the tax authorities certified by the seal and signature of the applicant (necessarily , job specifications )
- A copy of the license for a licensed activity (optional , job specifications )
- A copy of the certificate (license) on the state registration of medicinal products (medicines) used in the data imported REV and (or) HFD - name, type, model, specifications (necessarily , job specifications )
- A document confirming payment of a license fee to the budget for the right to engage in certain types of activities (necessarily , job specifications )(Data form)
- The copy of the conclusion on a technical research regarding reference of goods to the means of cryptographic information security and special technical means intended for the conducting investigation and search operations given by bodies of national security (necessarily , job specifications )
- The copy of the conclusion about reference (not reference) of goods to radio-electronic means and (or) high-frequency devices of civil appointment (necessarily , job specifications )

- A copy of the foreign trade agreement (contract), applications, and (or) additions to it (for a single license), and in the absence of trade agreement (contract) - a copy of a document confirming the intent of the Parties with mention of aims, terms of temporary import/export, country of destination/sender, receiver/sender and kinds of movement (necessarily )
- Conclusion (authorization document) on the possibility of import of specified encryption (cryptographic) means or products issued by the national security authorities, in accordance with clauses 6 and 7 of the Regulation on the procedure for import into the customs territory of the Customs Union and export from the customs territory of the Customs Union of encryption (cryptographic) means, or information on the presence of registered notifications (notifications) in relation to said encryption (cryptographic) means or products in accordance with paragraph 11 of the Regulation on the procedure for import into the customs territory of the Customs Union and export from the customs territory of the Customs Union of encryption (cryptographic) means (optional )
- Copies of certificates of conformity (compliance confirmation) established by the State of the Customs union of a sample, for each type of REE and (or) SKR, certified by an impress of a seal of the body which issued the certificate, or contracts for work on confirmation of compliance of products (necessarily )
