- Information confirming payment for the provision of public service through the payment gateway of "e-government"
- A foreign trade agreement (contract), with all appendices and (or) additions thereto, and in the absence of a foreign trade agreement (contract) – another document confirming the intentions of the parties
- An agreement (contract), with all appendices and (or) additions thereto, and in the absence of an agreement (contract) – another document confirming the intentions of the parties
- A license to carry out the relevant type of activity or actions (operations) in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Permits and Notifications»
- End-user certificate*, an international import certificate or other guarantee document issued by the competent authority of the recipient country indicating: the name and quantity of the goods; the number and date of the foreign trade contract (agreement) or other alienation document; the use of imported products for the stated purposes; prevention of re-export of products to third countries without the consent of the authorized body of the Republic Kazakhstan in the field of control of specific goods
- Permission of a foreign participant in a foreign trade transaction to carry out intermediary activities with military products, issued by an authorized state body of a foreign participant (If a foreign participant in a foreign trade transaction acts as an intermediary)
- The program of the intra-company control system for specific goods approved by the applicant in accordance with the Methodological Recommendations for the creation and maintenance of an intra-company control system for specific goods approved by Order No. 219 of the Minister of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 6, 2023 (Not submitted for products specified in category 10 "Products controlled within the framework of national security at exports and imports not covered by categories 0-9" (in the field of nuclear energy use) in accordance with the Checklist)
- A document on the conditions for processing goods outside the territory and for domestic consumption of the relevant competent authorized state body, if the purpose of export is the processing of specific goods
- A document confirming that the declared products are out of order, if the purpose of export is to repair specific goods
- Additional required documents, depending on the category specified in Annex 2 of Order No. 425 dated June 9, 2023 «On Approval of the Rules for Licensing the Export and Import of Specific Goods and qualification requirements»
