- Electronic copy of questionnaire on technical specifications for connecting to sources of engineering and utilities in the form pursuant to Appendix 2 to the public service standard (if technical specifications are required) (optional , job specifications )
- Application for the provision of raw materials/architectural planning plan and specifications/raw materials for the reconstruction (redevelopment, retrofitting) of the premises (separate parts) of existing buildings and structures connected with the change of bearing and enclosing structures, engineering systems and equipment according to the form, in accordance with Annex 1 to this State Service Standard (necessarily , job specifications )(Data form)
